Fitness on the Run offers boot camp/circuit training group classes, which incorporate a full body workout including strength training and cardiovascular. We use a variety of equipment: dumbbells, TRX, battling ropes, Bosu and medicine balls, rower, kettlebells, jump rope and most importantly your own body! You’ll have different instructors and a variety of workouts. You’ll never get bored and the classes are less than $11 per class for the unlimited monthly package. You can’t beat that price.
